Many enterprises have their own main products. The parts of these products require high processing accuracy, but the parts with higher requirements are made on the instrument lathe. Many customers of our company are like this. For many years, some parts of our products have been processed either on ordinary lathes or on instrument lathes. Slow speed and unstable size are the culprits. This not only inhibits the improvement of product quality, but also causes a certain waste, and the cost of the product can not be reduced.
Motorized lathe is different from manual lathe and instrument lathe with low precision. Automatic lathe customizes the processing size by cam. Because the manufacturing precision of the main shaft and slider of automatic lathe is high (the main shaft beats no more than 0.003 mm), and the cam control method is mechanical and has little change, so that the parts can be processed in long-term mechanical processing. Dimensions will not change (general processing size can be controlled to positive or negative 0.01mm).
Several Characteristics of Automatic Lathe Processing
1. Because the five cutters and two tailshafts of the machine tool can work simultaneously in the process of processing, the speed of this machine tool is 4-6 times faster than that of the NC machine tool.
2. The structure is precise, and the production is controlled by the cam. Each rotation of the cam completes the processing of a part. Cam speed is 1.0-36 rpm, which can be adjusted according to different parts. The fastest processing speed is 36 parts per minute.
3. Complex parts can be processed synchronously, such as outer circle, spherical surface, conical surface, arc surface, step, slotting, drilling, tapping, plate teeth, embossing, cutting, etc. All processing procedures can be completed at one time. The processing accuracy is very high, without manual operation, automatic feeding can be fully automated, one person can stand more than one platform. At the same time, milling device can be used to process external threads, thoroughly solve the problem of plate teeth difficult to process, and can process double-ended threads.
4. Precision automatic lathe, with five sets of tool holders, each equipped with microcard fine-tuning to achieve high accuracy of the workpiece; according to the workpiece processing process can be equipped with more than 10 knives. The spindle adopts electromagnetic clutch to drive the tapping spindle, and taps the teeth by using the rotation difference between the high-speed rotation and the mechanical spindle in the same direction. The two axes can be shaken and transformed, and the cutters and tapping the inner and outer teeth can be processed at the same time.
